<Create the future --- Evolving design and manufacturing>
Incorporating the GPU Computing Workshop for Advanced Manufacturing
Prometech Software has organized “Prometech Simulation Conference” 3 times in the past years and the event has been gradually expanded. With the theme this year “Create the future --- Evolving design and manufacturing”, we will introduce the state of the art simulation technologies, the artificial intelligence making tremendous progress in recent years, and the current situation and future of the hardware platform which supports those technologies.
Plenary sessions will feature such progressing technologies. At the beginning of the sessions, we will have the honor of sharing time with Dr. Yutaka Matsuo, the associate professor at the University of Tokyo and the leading expert in the artificial intelligence research. He will talk the latest research trend and his vision of how the artificial intelligence will relate to our society and business from now on.
The special lecture will be provided from Mr. Ataru Izumo, the president of Euglena Co.,Ltd.. He will give us the story of the company which began with recognizing the importance of Euglenophyceas, and the bio-based fuel business which the company is addressing now.
The particle method industrial session will show you users case studies of Particleworks which has been rapidly gaining acceptance in the industry.
Participants can also find the latest research of the particle method simulation at some universities.
We will organize a GPU Computing Workshop for Advanced Manufacturing in the same conference location. There are 2 parallel sessions: a GPU technical session and a CUDA tutorial session.
In the GPU technical session, there are lectures about GPU computing and the newest research outcome from deep learning researchers.
The CUDA tutorial session by the NVIDIA CUDA engineers, consists of some parts of the GTC Japan 2015 held on the next day. We do hope you will utilize the CUDA tutorial session together with the GTC Japan 2015.
We are looking forward to seeing all of you at the Prometech Simulation Conference 2015 to discuss our future design and manufacturing.
